| Upper Reach is a development of apartments and houses tucked away in a valley between the River Aire and the Leeds Liverpool Canal, just 5 miles from Leeds City Centre. The client was having trouble attracting potential homebuyers to the site because it was difficult to find. |

| We decided to focus the airtime on a single weekend event, with a series of pseudo live commercials. Heavy pre-awareness Wed-Fri, and 12x60 spots per day Sat and Sun. No other media was used.
